Sales Associate

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB

The Sales Associate attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calling on existing clients to identify potential opportunities for increased sales, answer questions about products or services
• Maintaining relationships with current clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
• Met/exceeded established sales goals and objectives by practicing effective sales flow and strategies.
• Preparing quotes and other documents related to sales activities
• Establishing and maintaining contact with existing clients to keep them informed about new products or services from the company and identify sales opportunities
• Report Weekly to Sales Manager for the sales and concern
