We are looking for an Sales Assistant (Customer Service Representative) to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls; address any customer questions, concerns, or complaints
• Prepare quotations in accordance with salespersons' direction and supporting documentation
• Prepare proof-of-completion documentation
• Prepare summaries and reports as directed by the Sales Manager
• Assist in other sales-related or admin-related responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Open to new graduates
• Strong verbal communication skills
