Sales Associate

The primary duty of a Sales Associate is to promote a company's products or services through excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist MSEs with drafting of machine quotations via HiSTEP during field visits (only used as 2nd option, main drafter of quotations should still be MSE)

• Ensure that details provided by MSE are correct and accurate
• Target Delivery Date
• Opportunity win chance
• Machine models to be quoted
• Appropriate pricing of machine
• First come first serve basis
• Creation of accounts / opportunities / quotations when required
• Tracking of Monthly KPIs and visit plan
• Events
• Opportunities
• Hot Leads
• Win / Loss
• Machine Sales Customer Service Representative
• Assisting customers inquiries
• Forwarding inquiries to correct contact person
• Booking meetings / appointments for Management and MSEs
