IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Residential Account

Identify and screen prospects for the residential market for all residential services and packages.
2. Sales Presentation

2.1 Conduct house to house activities (fieldwork), demo and presentations.

2.2 Conduct telemarketing and target more clients.

3. Sales Target

Observe, follow, and strive to meet all schedules, protocols and sales targets.

4. Sales Report

Prepare and submit all required regular sales reports and keep track of all sales developments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

5. Advance Deposit Collection

5.1 Collect advance deposits of clients and issue corresponding receipts.
