Join HR Primo, a growing HR consulting and recruitment services firm, where you'll help organizations solve hiring and people challenges through consultative, solution-based selling.

This is an associate-level B2B sales role focused on client acquisition and account support — not retail sales and not manpower deployment. Full training and coaching in HR solutions and consultative selling are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales Support

• Identify potential business clients through research, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
• Support initial discussions with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers
• Help present HR Primo's recruitment and HR solutions based on client needs
• Follow up on leads, meetings, and proposals to support deal progress
