We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, Viber, and other platforms
• Assist clients with importation inquiries (sea freight, air freight, sourcing process)
• Provide quotations and follow up leads
• Convert inquiries into closed sales
• Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat transactions
• Coordinate with operations team for shipment updates
• Achieve monthly sales targets
