Job Description:

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to support negotiations on pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives
• Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
• Develop and produce store layout plans while ensuring shelves and inventory are well-maintained and properly organized.
• Monitor stock movement and implement strategies for markdowns, promotions, price adjustments, and clearance activities as needed.
