GENERAL ROLE
As a representative of Hermès products for our customers, This position delivers high quality sales and post-sale services and develops strong client relationships. He/She will be responsible for passing on the culture and helping to promote the different Hermès universes.
세일즈 담당자로서, 모든 고객에게 에르메스 제품을 홍보하고 문화를 전파하며 신규 고객 창출 및 고객과의 견고한 관계를 형성합니다.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services에르메스 이미지와 서비스 스탠다드에 따른 세일즈 
Maintain current and potential customers to establish client relationship현 고객 유지 및 잠재 고객 창출을 통한 고객 관리
Keep customers informed on new products, services, or any changes, etc. 새로운 제품 및 서비스, 변화들에 대해 고객에게 지속적으로 안내
Handle client enquiries and concerns고객 문의 및 의뢰에 대한 응대
Provide excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image뛰어난 고객 서비스 제공 및 브랜드 이미지에 적합한 매장 환경을 지속적으로 유지
