【Responsibilities】
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through strong product knowledge and expertise across various jewellery categories
- Cross-sell and upsell products to enhance client experience and increase overall purchase value
- Provide personalized assistance to clients in selecting items that suit their needs and preferences
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering and transaction handling
- Actively promote products and maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets
- Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as required
