Call through our CRM using the click to call provided. Call use script thats given to you get to know the customer. Close customer on the phone without pressure.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and upselling when appropriate
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain merchandise displays through merchandising, stocking, and organizing products to maximize sales potential
• Use strong phone etiquette to answer inquiries and provide information about products or store policies
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging informed purchasing decisions
