Sales Associate

The Sales Associate plays the role of driving sales growth and creating impactful content that supports customer engagement and brand visibility. This role involves direct interaction with customers to generate and close sales opportunities while also developing creative content across multiple platforms to strengthen marketing initiatives. The position ensures both revenue targets and brand awareness objectives are achieved by combining sales expertise with content strategy.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

 Greet, engage, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

 Conduct daily client follow-ups through phone calls and maintain a detailed call activity log.

 Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions (e.g., printers, consumables, peripherals).

 Conduct product presentations, demos, and provide accurate information on features, pricing, promotions, and warranties.
