Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend and explain features of gadgets (mobile phones, accessories, smart devices, etc.)
• Demonstrate product usage and answer customer inquiries
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, online payments)
• Ensure proper display and cleanliness of products
• Monitor inventory and report low stock items
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries
• Handle customer concerns and complaints properly
• Promote ongoing promos, bundles, and discounts

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• With sales experience (preferably in gadgets/electronics)
