The Role • To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store • To carry out promotional activities to drive sales. • Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved. • To ensure proper inventory control of the stores • To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees • To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers’ needs are met. • To perform cashiering duties • To comply with all operational standards • Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers. • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
