Taking responsibility for increasing the sales of the company in both B2B and B2C.
Being determined and driving the company to have sales growth through a measurable KPI system with action plans that can be implemented to achieve real results.
Being responsible for the work of the sales team. Review team performance and sales targets to ensure they are in line with what the company has set.
Being responsible for educating and training Consulting with the team on an ongoing basis.
Advising on creating a cosmetic brand - skincare to solve the customer.
