Northrop & Johnson’s Palma office is seeking ambitious and experienced full-time Sales Brokers to join our team. Northrop & Johnson provides exceptional resources to its sales brokers and emphasizes print and online marketing. Northrop & Johnson has a state-of-the-art website, industry-leading intelligence tools, an in-house marketing team, and consistent boat show participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-standing relationships with yacht owners and prospective buyers
• Effectively communicate and negotiate with ultra-high net worth individuals
• Participate in boat shows
• Continue to provide after-sales support for sales buyers and owners
• Work independently, while also collaborating with brokers in our firm, both domestic and internationally
