Sales Broker

Location Windsor, ON – in‑office, hybrid, or remote work flexibility across Canada.

The Role Sales Insurance Broker – you will receive paid training, a competitive salary, benefits, and clear growth opportunities. Leads are provided; no cold calling or sourcing your own leads.

Base Salary: $40,000 annually for non‑licensed candidates, with a salary review after one year. Licensed candidates with at least one year of experience start at $45,000 annually, plus commission.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.

Manage customer calls and other contact channels while meeting sales objectives.

Develop and maintain knowledge of auto and property insurance products.

Accurately input customer underwriting information into a quoting system.
