The Role

Sales Insurance Broker – you will receive paid training, a competitive salary, benefits, and clear growth opportunities. Leads are provided; no cold calling or sourcing your own leads.

Base Salary: $40,000 annually for non‑licensed candidates, with a salary review after one year. Licensed candidates with at least one year of experience start at $45,000 annually, plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.
• Manage customer calls and other contact channels while meeting sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of auto and property insurance products.
• Accurately input customer underwriting information into a quoting system.
