1)Sales: 
?Responsible for achieving sales targets jointly with the rest of the Sales team
? Actively contribute in the implementation of the Sales strategy to grow company Business
? Generate new ideas to grow company’s portfolio
? Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Dealers management
? Monitor Dealer’s KPI achievement level and implement measures if necessary
? Provide regular dealer training for all rental products across all regions
? Ensure high Dealer and Customers satisfaction
? Provide regular sales report to Management Team


2)Product / Program / Promotion development/ Innovation 
? Develop new pricing strategy on a monthly basis and present it to the Pricing Committee 
for approval
? Develop promotions and incentive program on a regular basis to boost sales
