Responsible for providing technical support and product knowledge for civil engineering products. Works with sales teams and clients to recommend suitable solutions, support tenders and projects, conduct product presentations, and resolve site-related technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and recommend MIVAN solutions
Support sales teams with product demos, proposals, and presentations
Collaborate with engineering teams for product development and feedback
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulations
Act as a technical interface between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
