JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Cadet is a trainee role designed to build a strong foundation in professional sales. You will go through a structured learning program to master our products, sales processes, and systems. Your primary goal is to transform from a learner into a high-performing salesperson by the end of the program.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.


• Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.


• Candidate must have good scholastic record.


• Candidate must have a goal-oriented attitude, target-driven, and can work under minimum supervision....
