The Role

Lead and coach a team of
5–15 outbound sales agents
, driving results through
cold calling, appointment setting, and KPI discipline
. This is a hands-on role focused on live coaching, QA, and performance optimization.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily sales KPIs (dials, contact rate, set rate)
• Coach agents via live monitoring and QA
• Oversee outbound dialer campaigns (VICIdial preferred)
• Run huddles, 1:1s, and performance reviews
• Improve scripts, SOPs, and sales processes
• Use data and AI tools to boost performance

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in outbound sales or appointment setting
