Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experience in storage or property management is a PLUS.
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, writing)
• Experience in RingCentral is a MUST
• 100% calls - inbound and outbound
• Check in daily with supervisor for assignments
• Work a flexible schedule based on property needs
• Handle inbound calls, video chats, web chats, and texts

• Send call log emails to property
