About the role

Ace Hardware Phils., Inc.', a leading retailer of hardware and home improvement products, is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our team in Naga City Camarines Sur. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and checkout, and maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answering customer inquiries and providing product recommendations
3. Operating the cash register, processing transactions, and handling cash and credit card payments
4. Stocking and maintaining the organisation of merchandise on the sales floor
5. Maintaining a clean and presentable store environment
6. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient store operations
