Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Sales Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will help manage sales orders, assist customers, and handle general office tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process customer orders and ensure all details are correct.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and any issues.
- Sales Support: Help the sales team by preparing reports and materials.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer calls, respond to emails, and perform office duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
