Sales Closer (1099 | Remote | EST Coverage)

We are looking for an elite Sales Closer to convert high-intent inbound leads and qualified appointments into revenue. This is a remote, performance-based contractor role for those who excel in structured, high-compliance sales environments.

The Role at a Glance

Compensation: 12% commission, scaling up to 20% on revenue milestones.

Bonuses: Up to $1,000/month in KPI bonuses for script adherence, quality, and AOV.

Shift Commitment: Minimum of 5 coverage shifts (20 hours total) per week or willing to work on weekend,

Environment: Remote (Independent Contractor).

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years as a phone-based Sales Closer (DTC or e-commerce preferred).

Skills: Expert objection-handling and ability to follow scripts with 80%+ adherence.

Compliance: Must maintain a 95%+ compliance score (FTC/FDA standards).

Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot or Saleshandy is a major plus.
