Job Description
We are hiring a process-driven Sales Closer, not a sales guru.
This role is for someone who can:
follow a script
qualify calmly
Say no confidently
close without pressure or discounts
You will not be generating leads.
You will not be improvising offers.
You will not be negotiating pricing.
Your job is to run a proven sales system and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
What You'll Be Selling
Standardized service packages related to:
YouTube content execution
Backend production systems
Managed media operations
All offers are:
fixed-price
non-negotiable
SOP-driven
Responsibilities
Conduct 20–30 minute qualification & closing calls
Follow the exact sales script (no freelancing)
Present one package only per call
Handle objections calmly (using approved scripts)
Close or disqualify — no chasing
Update CRM accurately after every call
Maintain clean handoff to the onboarding team
