Job Description
We're looking for a
Sales
Closer In The Performance Marketing Space
to handle inbound sales calls, qualify prospects properly, close deals confidently, and hand clients over cleanly to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
- Engage inbound leads promptly and professionally
- Run discovery calls that uncover business viability, not just interest
- Disqualify poor-fit prospects early (budget, expectations, timeline)
- Manage pipeline stages accurately inside the CRM
CRM & Sales Hygiene
- Update deal stages, notes, and next actions consistently
- Track deal values, close reasons, and loss reasons
- Ensure clean data for forecasting and reporting
Deal Closing & Revenue
- Close qualified SME prospects into monthly retainers
- Sell performance marketing services (Meta, Google, Email, CRO, etc.)
- Secure deposits and signed agree...
