In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in elevating the sales performance and capability of our General Insurance Call Centre Consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver coaching programs, provide one-on-one and group mentoring, and drive a culture of high performance across the team
• Develop instructor-led learning materials and create multimedia content including eLearning modules, animations, videos, and simulations
• Manage learning projects with clear milestones, resource planning and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and effective strategies aligned with best practice and continuous improvement.
