About the Role:
We're hiring a Sales Coach for a leading Telco campaign, responsible for driving agent sales performance through training, monitoring, and motivation. 
Qualifications: 
Must have experience in a Sales Telco campaign 
Proven ability to drive performance improvements across teams 
Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills 
Willing to work onsite in Makati on night shift
