The Role
We're hiring our first SDR Conversation QA & Coach, the owner of sales conversation quality at E3.
You'll review cold calls and demos, coach SDRs, and help shape how our sales team communicates, qualifies, and wins. This is not a passive QA role, it's a high-impact coaching and enablement role with real influence on performance and conversion.
