The Sales Compensation Senior Analyst is a key member of the Incentive Compensation team, responsible for managing and administering the company’s sales incentive programs. This role turns plan design into award execution, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all incentive plan processes, including award calculations, participant communications, and payments. This role is the primary owner and user of Xactly Incent, leveraging the platform to automate, optimize, and report on compensation activities.
