Duties & Responsibilities Customer service, retention, and telesales of short courses to existing clients/members. Obtain a thorough knowledge of the courses being marketed. Accurately capture customer and potential customer details. Proactively seek out new ways of promoting employer products. Provide daily reports on targets achieved. Desired Experience & Qualifications Matric Minimum of 3 years sales experience essential. Customer service oriented. Package & Remuneration

R6,500 - R8,500 basic + good commission structure.
