Otis is growing and we are recruiting to cover London Territory! The main goal is growing the renovation/modernization business and securing a second service life for customer and Otis.

**On a typical day you will:**

+ Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation.
+ Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions
+ Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products
+ Close deals independently
+ Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log
+ Plan and forecast orders on annual quarterly and monthly base
+ Collaborate with sales support and delivery team
