Sales Consultant

• Regularly communicates with customers to promote products and services, to update of latest sales

and marketing activities as well as foster customer loyalty/ retention.

• Executes the daily operational, day to day goals and priorities assigned by store management.

• Assists clients in the conduct of their shopping activity- aid customers in locating merchandising in

store; give push carts/ trolley; test and/ or demo product; accompany to the Till Point for payment and

check-out

• Provides accurate and complete information on product and/ or service; including ensuring that the

customer is aware and understands HMR Retail guidelines on Sales and/ or Reservation procedure,

Product Warranty, Return, Exchange and/or Refund Policies, Item Delivery and Pick-Up terms &

conditions.
