About The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will become an ambassador for BOLIA and work in our concept store in Lugano. The role focuses on sales and service and is part of a culture based on training, development, and creating unique customer experiences.

The store will open on September 24th. The role is part of a roster of contracts ranging from 7 to 25 hours per week, covering daytime, evening, and weekend shifts with possible additional hours.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct customer contact – providing the best service in town.
• Guiding and servicing customers – ensuring that every customer feels welcome.
• Identifying customers’ wishes and needs in our Design Atelier, which contains unique creative tools that make it easy to find the right solutions together.
