Sales Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer focused Sales Consultant to join our Property Development team in Kulai, Johor to deliver the IOI branded experience to prospects and purchasers.
From attending walk in and call in enquiries to guiding clients through sales procedures, loan applications and property documentation, you will play a key part in turning interest into successful ownership. Beyond sales, you will support marketing initiatives, monitor sales performance and contribute to market research while collaborating closely with a vibrant Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure IOI Branded customer service to prospects and purchasers
To attend walk-in and call in potential inquiries
Promote products and give consultations e.g . sales procedures, loan applications, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant.
