About the role …   
As a Pet Sales Consultant, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of a new and exciting brand supporting pet owners with care, empathy, and confidence. You'll manage both inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers, focusing on: 
Retention & win-back : engaging existing policyholders, addressing concerns, and helping them see the value of staying protected.
