Role Overview
To achieve sales targets as part of the National Business Development Team by successfully implementing the Lyra Wellbeing programme across multiple sectors. This will be done by ensuring that the sales offering is presented in a manner consistent with the company’s mission, position in the marketplace, developed sales cycle and to high standards of quality and professionalism.
Hours
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Hybrid Work
Hybrid Work: Candidates will be expected to work in a hybrid environment with regular attendance at the office.
Flexibility
Flexibility: While this is a full time Monday to Friday, standard business hours position, the nature of the work requires a degree of flexibility. The individual should be prepared to occasionally support meetings outside of standard working hours, given the global scope of the team.
