Ensure that sales targets and objectives are achieved.

Key performance objectives:

1. Ensure that annual sales targets are achieved by ensuring that sales opportunities with new and existing clients are maximized.

2. Ensure effective account management to ensure continued business and a positive brand experience

3. Manage and mobilize sales actions in order to ensure effective and timeous delivery of commitments to clients

Responsibilities:

• Actively work engagements as per the sales plan to achieve sales targets amongst new and existing clients.
  
• Manage the sales cycle from inception to closure in order to ensure that deals close
  
• Constantly update sales reporting and dashboard requirements and provide reports to the Director as required
