Job Description
Drive revenue growth across both online and B2B channels through effective sales strategies, proactive client engagement, and a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. This role requires a commercially minded, self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their pipeline, builds lasting client relationships, and consistently works towards exceeding sales targets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Sales
- Manage and grow the company's online sales channels, including the website and digital marketplaces.
- Process and oversee online orders from placement through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions across all online platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase online revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and improved customer experience.
- Track and report on online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.
