Your Tasks
Lead the Sales Controlling team across Andean countries, ensuring alignment, performance, and development of local controllers.
Implementation of improvements to budgeting and control processes
Develop a team of business partners to Sales and S&CM team and Management Team
Development of recommendations for the optimal distribution and use of budget funds
Co-lead together with sales process of monthly business planning of sales and trade budgets
Planning, budgeting and control of the effectiveness of trade conditions and trade marketing investments;
Assessment of the economic feasibility of projects, preparation of commercial models and financial development forecasts;
Analysis of the profitability of the trade channels, identification of opportunities for margin growth;
Providing financial support to sales and trade marketing teams to actively identify areas of potential growth/reduction, risks/opportunities;
