What You'll Do
Handle high-value parent/student calls and guide them through enrolment
Lead closing conversations with clarity, confidence, and empathy
Build and refine scripts, call flows, and objection-handling guidelines
Improve conversions through structured follow-ups and CRM discipline
Support and mentor the junior admissions rep where needed
Manage WhatsApp, call, and demo communication with prospective students
