Sales Coordinator

• Review and assess client business requirements in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Generate quotations based on the reviewed requirements.
• Prepare commercial proposals for tenders and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
• Issue invoices according to the agreed schedule following client engagement.
• Track and follow up on clients' Purchase Orders (POs), payments, and collections.
• Draft and review standard service agreements as needed.
• Coordinate commercial activities between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Update and maintain customer records in the internal system.
• Support continuous improvement of commercial processes and internal controls.
• Assist in managing documentation and other related commercial administrative tasks.
• Follow up with potential clients and support business development opportunities.
