About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur within the Sales and Commerce Department, the Sales Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to ensure efficient operations and achievement of revenue goals. This role reports to the Director of Sales, Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in seeking and developing new potential accounts through direct enquiries, sales leads (local and overseas) and follow‑up for Sales Blitz.
• Respond to all local enquiries within 6 hours and overseas enquiries within 24 hours.
