Responsibilities Primary role: Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately to support billing processes File and maintain accounting and GST supporting documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval Perform offsetting of accounts receivable payments to maintain accurate customer balances Manage goods receipts and goods delivery Verify and match freight and insurance invoices to shipment Manage and monitor sales directors' sales from issuance of S/O to collection Generate inventory code and cost adjustment Any other ad-hoc tasks related to operation team Secondary role: Coordinate and...
