Job Scope 工作职责
• 协助销售团队安排工作行程、准备报价单及处理销售相关文件。
处理客户订单，确保 Sales Order（S.O）准确及及时处理，并协调分行之间的库存调动以完成订单需求。 跟进订单进度，及时通知客户有关订单状态、延误或相关问题，并专业回复电话及线上询问。 处理客户投诉，并在需要时提供售后服务，以提升客户满意度。 协助团队筹备销售促销活动、市场推广或相关活动。 向销售团队发布新产品上架资讯及产品更新。 协调及收集销售团队每日销售报告，供管理层审核与分析。
Assist the sales team with scheduling, preparing quotations, and managing sales documentation.
Handle customers' orders, ensure accurate and timely Sales Order (S.O) processing, and coordinate stock transfers between branches to fulfil orders.
Update clients on order status, inform them of any delays or issues, and respond promptly to phone or online enquiries in a professional manner.
Address customer complaints and provide after-sales assistance when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in organizing sales promotions, campaigns, or events as directed by the team.
