Sales Coordinator – Guildford, WA CJD Equipment are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator based at our Guildford Branch to keep our Sales Department running smoothly.
If you’ve got strong admin skills, great customer service experience, and love being the go‑to person who keeps everything organised — this role is for you.
What you’ll do: Support the State Sales Team and Regional Sales Managers with admin, quotes, tenders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales and machinery information, including pipeline updates.
Manage branch marketing material and ensure stock is up to date.
Assist with customer enquiries and keep RSMs informed.
Liaise with the workshop, attend meetings and distribute minutes.
Help prepare for machinery demos and field days.
Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain detailed quotes. What you’ll bring: Strong commitment to safety.
