As part of the Sales team, this role is responsible for managing customer service requests and supporting order delivery, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution to enable strong commercial outcomes.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Manage documentation & regulatory requests: CRM cases, regulatory inquiries, documentation requests
+ Support management and end-to-end follow up on all CCR until closure, ensuring timely and effective communication
+ Sample management coordination & tracking with the Customers
+ Regularly monitor and follow-up with customers on open contracts and unfulfilled volumes
+ Manage sales rebates basis contracts
+ Support IBP, quotation management and sales reporting
