Sales Coordinator I - Intermodal

Job Description
The Intermodal Carrier Sales Support Coordinator executes, tracks, and creates solutions for intermodal shipments secured by ArcBest. This position is fast paced, demanding, and requires time management skills and concentration. The Intermodal Sales Coordinator has a vast array of responsibilities and is exposed to all aspects of transportation, intermodal, and brokerage operations.

Responsibilities
* Help maintain rail schedules, railroad and dray company cost, and accessorials.
* Monitor freight activity and take appropriate action to resolve problems in order to ensure a high level of error free and on-time service.
* Secure and execution of dray capacity for unplanned/planed dray moves.
* Other duties and projects, as assigned.
* Develop strong working relationships with customers and vendors.
