Sales Coordinator ※Japanese Speaking

**Description:**



You will be responsible for support tasks related to sales.



・Primarily handling communications with travel agencies

・Confirming group room availability and rates internally → Preparing and submitting quotes → Following up until confirmation

・Maintaining good connections with travel agencies that have made inquiries or used our services in the past

・Developing and following up with travel agencies showing potential



営業にかかわるサポート業務を担っていただきます。

・主に旅行会社とのやり取り
・グループの空室・料金を社内確認 → 見積もり作成して提出 → 決定までのフォローアップ
・問い合わせ、過去利用のあった旅行会社との良好なコネクションの維持
・ポテンシャルのありそうな旅行会社の開拓やフォロー対応

・English proficiency: At least conversational level (primarily involves communication via email, phone, and business negotiations).

・Individuals with hotel work experience and strong communication skills.
